Eric Neidig, Director

For most of his life, Eric has been involved in sports. From playing football, baseball and basketball to coordinating adult leagues and coaching his children, Eric has a passion for athletics. His compassion and sports knowledge have earned him a level of respect among players and parents alike. As a Director of Greater Lehigh Valley Athletics, Eric will take that experience to ensure each participant learns the game, improves their confidence and understands the value of sportsmanship and teamwork.

Alison 'Ali' Snell, Assistant Director

Cheer

Alison "Ali" Snell, a native of Phillipsburg New Jersey, has been involved in cheerleading since the age of seven. She has experience in coaching at the youth, high school, competitive and collegiate level. Ali cheered for Phillipsburg High School Varsity Cheerleading for four years. After high school, she coached a local youth team and then spent one year at Northampton Community College where she started a cheerleading team to cheer on for NCC basketball. After NCC, Ali attended Kutztown University where she continued cheerleading for three years. During this time, she competed at UCA College Nationals earning a fourth place title in All Girl Division II. She was captain of her team her senior year and earned the MVP award for the 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 year. Upon graduation, Ali started her coaching career as an assistant coach at Kutztown University for two years. She then spent time cheering competitively on a level 6 all-star team called Rocket Elite (now known as World Cup All Stars). Ali then was an assistant coach for the Emmaus High School Competition team where her role was to choreograph, help with stunting skills and attend competitions. Ali also has experience with competition/tryout judging, and assisting teams with advancing stunting skills.

Ali has her master’s degree in social work and specializes in medical social work. With extensive experience in stroke, acute/sub-acute rehab, geriatrics and medical surgical patients. Ali currently works for a home health agency. She resides in Bethlehem with her husband, J.R. and their wild toddler, Aiden. She is excited to start the cheer program with GLVA and help children build a good foundation of cheerleading with safety being her top priority. Contact Ali at [email protected]


Charlie Will, Assistant Director

Flag Football

Born and raised in Nazareth, PA and the father of 2 boys, Austin and Justin, Charlie and his wife Jenn have been involved with GLVA since it was created.  Compassionate coach of baseball, wrestling, tackle football and flag football.  Charlie believes in teaching and coaching children with a full understanding of the sport.  All children are different and the approach to coaching that the GLVA instills is a philosophy of great importance. Charlie previously spent 20+ years in the Automotive Retail Business with the majority of the time spent as General Sales Manager at Chevy 21 and Raceway Chevrolet in Bethlehem.  He is currently a Performance Consultant for Cox Automotive and vAuto.  Charlie is dedicated to giving back to the community.  Feel free to contact Charlie at Charlie@greaterlehighvalleyathletics.com
