Fall 2025 Flag Football

GLVA offers two NFL flag football seasons each year: fall and spring for boys and girls aged 5-14. Games are played on a 40-minute continuous clock with two twenty-minute halves.

Each season offers (7) games, held on Sundays at the Charles Chrin Community Center. Practices are held to one day per week once games begin, but teams can practice twice per week leading up to opening day. 

Fall season games will run Sunday mornings from September 7 - October 19, 2025
Rosters will be created, and teams will begin practicing in mid-August

Cheer Fall 2025

Greater Lehigh Valley Athletics offers a coed cheer program to run alongside of our NFL flag football program. All games are held Sunday mornings at the Charles Chrin Community Center starting September 7th through October 19th. Practices will reduce to one day per week once games begin. 

Included with your registration fee is a GLVA Cheer shirt, bow and matching pom poms. Optional items will be available for purchase prior to the season.

This recreational program will focus on having fun!
