Eric Neidig, Director 
All programs

For most of his life, Eric has been involved in sports.  From playing football, baseball and basketball to coordinating adult leagues and coaching his children, Eric has a passion for athletics.  His compassion and sports knowledge have earned him a level of respect among players and parents alike. As a Director of Greater Lehgh Valley Athletics, Eric will take that experience to ensure each participant learns the game, improves their confidence and understands the value of sportsmanship and teamwork.

Dave Orinski, Assistant Director
Basketball

Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Coach Dave grew up watching some of the NBA's greats play basketball at the University of Arizona.  Players like Sean Elliott, Steve Kerr, Luke Walton, and Jason Terry sparked a passion for the sport that Dave brings to the GLVA basketball program. Dave is both AAU certified as well as USA Basketball Youth Development certified.  He has coached youth basketball since he was a Sophomore at the University of Arizona when he coached basketball at a sports camp in Maine.  

Dave has two Masters Degrees from Lehigh University, and works in Strategy and Finance at Talen Energy.  Dave and his wife Ellen reside in Bethlehem with their three children and dog, Sheldon.  Feel free to contact Dave at glvabasketball@gmail.com

Charlie Will, Assistant Director
Flag Football

Born and raised in Nazareth, PA and the father of 2 boys, Austin and Justin, Charlie has been involved in sports since a very young age.  Compassionate coach of baseball, wrestling, tackle football and flag football.  Charlie believes in teaching and coaching children with a full understanding of the sport.  All children are different and the approach to coaching that the GLVA instills is a philosophy of great importance.   Charlie is a Sales Manager at Gray Chevrolet and is dedicated to giving back to the community.  Feel free to contact Charie at Charlie@greaterlehighvalleyathletics.com
